The Series 2 Flip Lid has been designed to be spill-proof but it is not completely leak-proof.
Clean your bottle
Chilly's bottles are not suitable for the dishwasher. We recommend cleaning your bottle after each use with hot soapy water, please do not leave the bottle and associated parts to soak. For a very thorough clean use bicarbonate soda with water. We also sell Chilly's Bottles brushes on our website which are great for cleaning all Chilly's Bottles.
