Peanut butter and hummus are two of our favourite ingredients and definite staples in our kitchen, but what about combining the two? ...mmm YES! Rebecca from @munch.abunch created this 5 ingredient easy recipe, perfectly paired with our favourite Deliciouslly Ella Beetroot Crackers. Here's how you can make it,
All you need is:
- 1 can chickpeas, drained
- 30g peanut butter
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Method
- Addd all ingredients (except olive oil) to a blender and give them a good mix
- Add olive oil slowly while blender is on
- Blend until desired consistency (if too thick, add some water)
- ENJOYwith some Veggy crackers for the perfect Snack!
