1. Turmeric Hummus
Taking the hummus game to the next level by adding some golden spices and turmeric!
INGREDIENTS:
250g Cooked chickpeas75g Tahini
1 Tbsp salt
METHOD: Place all the ingredients in a food processor, blend until smooth and creamy. Add lemon juice is needed or some water depending on how you prefer the texture!

3. Cheesy Vegan Turmeric Puffs
Lovely vegan puffs with a turmeric twist for an afternoon snack.
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
While the cereal is baking, whizz all the dry ingredients including the nutritional yeast, salt, turmeric and pepper together until it becomes a fine powder. Add the coconut oil to the spice mix and mix till well combined. Place the baked puffed sorghum in a bag or a box. While it is still warm, drizzle the spiced and flavoured coconut oil-mix over the cereal. Seal the bag or box and shake it thoroughly for a few minutes so that the spice blend thoroughly coats the cereal. Eat immediately or store in an air tight box once cooled.
4. Turmeric Latte
The easiest of them all! Enjoy this healing drink in the morning, afternoon or whenever you feel like something warm.
METHOD: Add one tablespoon (10g) of INSTANTLY GOLDEN to a cup and form a smooth paste with a little hot water. Then fill your cup with hot milk/mylk. (Optional: add your choice of sweetener). Add organic coconut sugar or honey as a natural sweetener or add to your porridge, smoothie or pancakes.
