The Smoothie Formula

Smoothies are a fantastic way to kick-start your day! Here's our guide to help you craft the most nutritious and delicious smoothies while including all the essential ingredients.

Make sure to include:

  1. Liquid - I generally use oat milk, but any plant based milk will do.
  2. Greens - Spinach or Kale is my favorite choice and I promise you wont taste it.
  3. Fruit - Berries, banana, mango, pineapple.. any one you fancy!
  4. Healthy Fats - Nut butter, seeds, avocado or nuts of any kinds.
  5. Superfoods - Add a touch of spirulina, maca powder, cacao powder, matcha or moringa for an extra dose of nutrients. 
  6. Extras - Oats, spices such as cinnamon or protein powder for something extra!

Blackberry Banana Smoothie

Frozen spinach
Frozen Blackberries
Banana
Almonds
Deliciously Ella Crunchy Peanut butter
200ml Oat milk

Optional: Add a scoop of  Vanilla protein powder for an extra 25g of Protein

Tropical Smoothie

Frozen spinach
Frozen mix tropical fruit
Banana
Peanut butter
Sunflower seeds
Oat milk

Banana berry Smoothie

Kale (promise you won’t taste it)
Banana
Frozen forest fruit
Sunflower seeds
Oat milk

Optional: Add a scoop of Banana Coconut protein powder
